Preparing Instructions
When our dehydrated products are rehydrating by immersing in purified water (86 – 104 °F) for 30 to 60 minutes or more, (1 cup Dehydrated products filled with 1 cup of purified water) they absorb water and generate almost the same original fresh product with all-natural properties including color taste and aroma even after 1 year of normal storage, Dehydrated superior quality product with unaffected Nutritional & Medicinal values Taste aroma and color. (It’s should become plumper and swell by the time it is done)

    Method
    Step 1
    Add some oil in a pan or clay pot & saute onion,mustard,cumin and garlic, then add curry powder,chilli and tumaric and saute for 1 minute more.

    Step 2
    Soon after add the kohila in to the pan or pot. Follow with coconut milk and reduce the fire and cook for a few minutes

    Step 3
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
